Horsey Day inluded - Go to See a Real Horse; Play My Little Ponies; Play Planet Horse; Watercolor at the Farm Park; Ride the Up and Down Horseys; Watch Swan Princess. We didn't make it to the Farm Park because we were all tired and so that was put off for another time.
But -- here we are with real horseys. Dad is holding Erynn, who definitely is saying "not too close, please." A good friend named "Q" and his family have a horse ranch nearby, and made it possible for Erynn to meet some real horses "up close and personal."
It was a beautiful day to see Horses, and there were lots of them.
Here is Q, showing a little horse. He tried to talk Erynn into getting on a small horse, but she allowed as how "when she is older" she will get on a horse.
Erynn loved seeing the horses, even though at a distance, but she was waving goodbye to this pretty horse, before we left for home.
Yes -- here is where the waving goodbye to the horse was supposed to be. Grrr.

When we went to the "quarter store" (named as such for the rides that cost a quarter), this mural was on the front of one store. I couldn't believe how appropriate it was for the week Erynn and all of us were having with castles, and dragons, and princesses, etc. So I got a photo of Erynn with it. So perfect. (The quarter store is actually a mall.)
One of the "quarter rides" is this bucking bronco. She also rode the space ship and the train.
Finally, though, we have the Up and Down Horsey ride. Erynn loves Merry-go-rounds.
Horsey Day was fun for all.
